Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will also be charged 50%. We understand that emergencies happen—please communicate as soon as possible so we can accommodate you with care. Please text me if you are running late. I do allow a 10 minute grace period for every appointment. If you are past the 10 minute grace period, it will be considered a no-show. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for understanding.
